What do you like best about Perform?

Usability and suggestive text. Love the ONA data. Love admin side - very easy to use. LOVE the support - Christine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Perform?

When properly used, Confirm can showcase all your accomplishments and help give recognition to your colleagues as collaborators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The performance review aspect feels a bit redundant and unnecessary. Assuming you've been using Confirm properly, there isn't much additional context to give for a performance review. What do you like best about Perform?

Simplicity is amazing. For both OKRs and for reviews, I was able to login and understood where to go right off the bat which is rare for software in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bit unclear who would see my comments - I would prefer names of who will see what as 1 of my managers saw something I didn't want them to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Perform?

Clear and understandable system where you must find the time to tell that you really appreciate cooperation with some people. Sometimes we do not have time to write "Thank you" to someone and here we do it bi-weekly "as a must" :-) People deserve it !! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
