I am using Configure One for more than 1.5 years now. It is really good tool to manage our website. It is easy to use and without hard coding we can easily design the interface of website. As a mechanical engineer with no background of programming, still with simple steps to managing website.

It is overall solution, right from the configure product, getting the priced BOM, till the generating Quote and finalizing the Order.

I also like the tech support from configure one. They are prompt to give us a solution as soon as we submit a request.

Stable Database, expansive admin area with a huge amount of user control and security rights. Many ways to handle different situations, easy to alias in as any user and see what they see. Workgroup function works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All admin pages look identical - it's hard to learn to know where you are. You essentially have to become an expert with the software. Interface is a bit archaic - we are on v9, hopefully v11 is more than just a facelift, but I expect it to be about the same.
