What do you like best about Configure One Cloud?

What do you dislike about Configure One Cloud?

Here at Armstrong we seem to be trying to utilize the configurator beyond it's original capabilities. For creating quotes, and other more complex processes. These seem to be troublesome, as it doesn't seem to be what Configure 1 was designed for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're excited that you're expanding your use of Configure One beyond the products currently modeled in the software. It very well could be that the new products aren't a good fit for mass customization, but we're happy to help you determine whether that's the case, or not. The good news is that you've had terrific success with other product lines, but we'd love to help you determine how to best approach the additional products as well. Please let us know when we can get together to better analyze the project you're envisioning.

What do you like best about Configure One Cloud?

The ConfigureOne software product is extremely flexible. The solution covers core CPQ requirements, but is also flexible to meet unique business requirements that inevitably come up in any implementation. Implementation services are best in class, allowing for the rapid architecture and deployment of the solution. The ongoing support team is professional and attentive.
