Ability to go directly to a client's page and their order from the hotinks. **What do you dislike about Confident LIMS?** Almost unusable to use from the cell phone. Majority of the time a COA does not load on your phone causing you to refresh the screen 2 plus times to work. Being logged out every time you switch out of the browser on your phone making it very time consuming to use. There is not a simpler way to view all of the samples within a client. There should be an option when I click on a client under the client's tab there should be a tab to see a list of the client's samples. There is too much da to sort through the "List" section under "Samples". In the search bar when I am searching something like "Trop Cherry" I wish there was a way to at least right click so I can at least look at all of the options that populated instead of only being able to click on one option that populates and redoing that until I find what I am looking for. **What problems is Confident LIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** This particular question I am not finding a relevant answer to enter. ### 2. I also like the clean interface and how easy it is to navigate. The best thing about Confident is the support we receive, and I just wish it were available at all times. **What do you dislike about Confident LIMS?** I think a few downsides to Confident are that, as a technical person, I’m not always sure certain configurations are being communicated clearly. I also really dislike seeing old samples in the sample list/overview that are years out of date. On top of that, I occasionally run into formatting issues, especially as we adapt to an industry that’s currently in transition as well, and this arises as we try to conform to new rules/regulations. **What problems is Confident LIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a technical person, I don’t fully understand the business side. ### 3. The interface with regulators streamlines the submission process. We are able to make minor and major adjustments to the software that better serve our needs., such as changing the position of a result on the COA. **What do you dislike about Confident LIMS?** We cannot transfer data directly (copy and paste)from our worksheets **What problems is Confident LIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Confident LIMS warehouses all of the results in one place saving time to generate a COA and release results. Speed. Support responsiveness. **What do you dislike about Confident LIMS?** Glitches in customization. While the customization of the interface is a huge positive, but when it does not maintain all settings as it should, this also becomes a negative to have to set up again. Some of these problems are clearly bugs (one or two columns resetting) and not intended or avoidable behavior. Some basic features require support instead of allowing users to do. Lack of documentation. Unclear in details of Metrc integration. Lack of outreach. Ideally would support users in creating the most automated workflows possible. This is a huge value add and also source of frustration when stuck doing tasks manually. **What problems is Confident LIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collection and submission of data to Metrc. Creation of COAs. Some tracking of samples through laboratory workflow. ### 5. The support team is very helpful when coming across technical issues and most probels are solved same day. Overall very please with Confident;s performance. ### 6.
