"Great Platform, Even Better Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Confident AI?

Confident AI arrived exactly when we needed it. For a long time, a suitable eval platform felt like a dream. We'd worked with other tools, but each one always seemed to be missing a feature that another had — no single platform brought it all together. Confident AI did.

The direct AI connection into our suite of apps is what makes the difference. It means our AI initiatives are provable and backed by real trust, not guesswork.

A major win has been the support from Confident's team. Whether it's a feature request, a bug fix, or general troubleshooting, they are extremely responsive and genuinely supportive — a true white-glove approach. That level of partnership is rare, and it's a big part of why we're confident (pun intended) recommending them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Rich but Challenging for Non-Technical Users"
3/5
What do you like best about Confident AI?

I like the Confident AI platform because it has a lot of features and is versatile. It can be as simple or as technical as you want it to be. It provides our engineers with all the capabilities they need to make improvements to our AI. We like to measure data leakage, contextual relevancy, and how much noise is in our results. What do you dislike about Confident AI?

I think Confident AI is a good platform, but it takes a bit of time to get used to. The user interface is a little bit complicated, so if you're nontechnical and just trying to hop in and use the platform, it's going to be super difficult. However, if you're a pretty technical engineer, you can do super amazing and cool things with it. Also, the initial setup was fairly difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Confident AI: A Purpose-Built, Fast, and Intuitive Tool for AI Agent Evaluation"
5/5
What do you like best about Confident AI?

We adopted Confident AI early on when building our Agentic platform at Deputy, and it has been nothing short of amazing. It is truly a purpose-built tool for AI Agents. We rely on it for absolutely everything, from reviewing live agent conversations and debugging complex workflows to deeply understanding our users and running continuous evaluations.

Here is how the platform excels across the specific areas that matter most to us:

UI / UX: The platform is incredibly simple to use and easy to navigate. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, allowing our engineering and product teams to drill down into agent traces and conversation histories without getting lost in data noise.

AI / Intelligence: The built-in AI intelligence features are a game-changer. Being able to automatically digest hundreds of complex evaluations in just a few seconds saves our team hours of manual analysis and quickly surfaces hidden edge cases.

Support / Onboarding: Onboarding is exceptionally smooth. The setup process was entirely frictionless, allowing us to hit the ground running and see real, tangible value almost immediately after plugging it in.

Performance: The platform is remarkably fast. Even when handling high volumes of evaluations or parsing deeply nested, multi-turn agent execution steps, it delivers swift, reliable performance without lagging.

Integrations: Because Confident AI is native to the DeepEval ecosystem, it integrated seamlessly into our developer stack right from the start. It bridges the gap between our code, our CI/CD pipelines, and our production monitoring beautifully.

Pricing / ROI: The return on investment has been massive. By cutting down our debugging time and streamlining the testing loop, Confident AI ultimately helps us build a much higher-performing, more helpful AI agent that delivers a superior experience to our end customers. What do you dislike about Confident AI?

It is hard to find a specific flaw in the platform itself, as the biggest challenge we face is actually inherent to the broader landscape of AI evaluation.

The world of AI agent evaluation is still incredibly new, highly complex, and a fundamentally difficult topic to navigate. Keeping a constant pulse on non-deterministic agent behaviors and figuring out how to accurately measure success across unpredictable user interactions is a shifting target for any engineering team.

While Confident AI does an excellent job of making this complex process significantly easier to manage, the sheer learning curve of mastering AI evals remains a steep, industry-wide challenge. It’s less a criticism of the tool and more an acknowledgment of how complex this space is, though we always welcome any extra educational resources, best-practice guides, or framework templates the Confident AI team can provide to help us navigate it. "Seamless Integration, Intuitive UI for Effortless Evals"
5/5
What do you like best about Confident AI?

I really like the great open source CLI tool that Confident AI provides to run and develop my evals. The platform empowers my evals with great visualizations, offering a nice UI where I can see what's wrong and what's good. I love the seamless integration with DeepEval CLI, and I'm even considering building an entire stack with Confident AI to trace prompts, use cloud datasets, and run evals in CI/CD environments. I appreciate having everything on one platform, which reduces my worries about integrating new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Confident AI?

Enterprise features are added quickly and improved. Red teaming, and compliance stand out. Great python library in deepeval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confident AI?

Support for extra (project specific) metrics is somehow lacking, but the app is improving fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
