Recommendations to others considering Conexiom: Use customers with the highest daily sales order volume first to get the highest ROI. Assure your customers have clean, readable, text documents for submission to the Conexiom portal. Test each new customer account with a minimum of 4 order documents. We have to potential to take in 10% of our customer sales orders without human intervention and should be able to achieve this within a one year time period. I like that it allows me and my team to focus on other important things besides booking orders. This tool frees up time on our team, allowing me to delegate more activities and expand my team's capacities. I trylu believe all big corporations need to implement Conexiom as a day to day tool. I wish the platform could accept minimal variations on customers PO's pdf because sometimes these minor changes lead me to remap the customer. We have some customers that from time to time change ther PO template or forget to add the part number in the way they usually do, and this causes issues. I think it would be good if you could release into production the order even if it "incomplete" i.e. part numbers missing, but this will give a Sales Order number, that I can later on go into my system and complete, or add whatever part number was missing, but when you are facing this missing parts and get errors, this makes the process very slow. And one more thing, I dont know if it depends on the day, time of day, but some orders have taken up tp 2 r 3 hours before getting an alert. On this scenarios my team has opted to manually enter the Sales Order in our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Simple process to integrate, no high technical background needed, can be up and running in a couple of weeks. It's a transparent process for the customers, without involving them in the process, their orders can be fully automated. Once integrations are completed you can escale without problems and go from automating a couple of orders a day to a couple of hundreds without problem. They are flexible and always understand your business needs, it's a company that cares for the customer and always tries to find ways to improve processes and help. As with any other technological solution, you need to be very clear on your requests to avoid errors or lose time during the review of your requests. Automation of orders not only makes the process simple but also has an impact on inventory accuracy and, if implemented correctly, can represent a cost reduction. Being able to allocate items 24/7 even when there is no staff in the office is a great feature, and reflect those inventory changes right away reduces inventory problems, the reduction of mistakes in the order entry process is also sustantial with no room for typing errors or missing information due to the manual entry. The fact that my team does not have to enter all orders manually has been a game changer. In 2021 there is little reason to waste time and energy entering POs the old fashioned way - it should be atleast partially automated. We use Conexiom for scraping orders from PDF format and import directly into our ERP system. This is huge help for larger orders, and allows our team to focus on other essential duties. We have several customers that send large orders that do not work with the Conexiom system for some reason. Conexiom has been able to map any type of layout or setup that our customers send to us. Indeed, sometimes I have been able to use a template and simply modify for each new customer. What do you dislike about Conexiom? There is nothing difficult about using Conexiom. They make it easy and their customer support is the best. Occasionally there is a miscommunication with the mapping team, but those have always been easily corrected and the mappers have done an excellent job, especially with some complex document layouts. Conexiom has eliminated the need for our accounting people to manually enter and process invoices. Our inside sales people no longer need to manually enter purchase orders into our system. They are notified that there is a new bid in our system, and they simply review and flip to become an order. The mapping team and Jess our account manager is great." 5/5 What do you like best about Conexiom? The quick response time from account mgr. It makes my job much easier and efficient when I get responses in a timely manner from the account manager and the mapping team. I really like how they can manipulate a purchase order in any format I want to make sure the order entry goes into our system as it normally would if an inside sales person was manually entering the order. Last takeaway is the amount of time my team is saving by not having to manually enter orders. I was skeptical at first but this really does save my team a ton of time. For example, we have a customer that sends in 10-15 POs a day for order entry and 90% of these orders are going through Conexiom and processing the orders automatically instead of the rep manually entering them. We speak weekly with the Conexiom team to go along with daily emails back and forth. The communication is the biggest thing I take away from using Conexiom as they are able to treat me like their only customer. If I had to choose a dislike, it would be to improve the turnaround time from mapping to validation required steps. Other than that, everything is being done very well. They can literally map anything i need. We use various scenarios by customer and Conexiom is able to accommodate literally anything. The problems we are solving is giving our inside sales team more time to put towards other aspects of their role instead of manually entering orders. The benefits I have realized is that amount of time being saved by not entering these orders manually. Not only is it saving time, but it prevents us from making mistakes such as entering the wrong PO number or entering the wrong quantity or part number.
