Upside is definitely the streamlined onboarding process of adding new customers and the order processing technology. Customer support is usually quick and efficient with solvin any issues with implementation or mapping.

Only downside is that not all the new features roll out to all users without paying extra

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Processing thousands of orders and invoices daily to avoid any disruption. We benefit most by not having everything manually entered into our system which leaves less human error.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

Conexiom has freed up bandwidth for my billing team by automating our manual invoice process. We no longer have to manually enter each piece of information for invoices to be sent to our members. Our ROI aligns with our initial expectations for the project. Additionally, we have a dedicated implementation manager who understands our daily operations and supports us in planning for the future growth of our business.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

There is nothing that I dislike. My company has been taken care of since day one.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conexiom is automating our invoice process. We are no long keying in data and our employees are able to focus on more value-add work.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

Conexiom is a very easy to configure tool. Once you have the basics setup (i.e. communication/format/etc agreed), requesting a new "template" is as easy and simple as ordering a coffee in a cafe. We agreed to share detailed mapping instructions (i.e. a document that describes from customer PDF what to map and where to map to) and as a result we have 99% of first maps working perfectly. Only when we request specific mappings, the Conexiom Mapping Team need to come back with questions. But in general, it is easy to use. 

On top of the easy setup, it has 100% accurancy (which never can't be guaranteed by OCR solutions). Since we use Conexiom as alternative to real EDI, we have in some countries reached to 98% electronic orders and all of them are touchless (i.e. orders go straight through our business rules engine (to convert customer UOM codes to internal UOM, customer item codes to internal item codes, etc) and no Customer Service Representative has to review the order. This means that within a few minutes, the warehouse activities can start already.

Since we changed to a REST API connection with Conexiom, the everage processing time at Conexiom is below 1 minute. 
Conexiom has been a game changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

We don't send orders via unsecure email protocol, but have choosen to use secured REST API. This alternative setup sometimes confuses the support team of Conexiom.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order automation. It's for us an intermediate step to go to Full EDI. We have been tasked to increase the electronic orders percentage and Conexiom (PDF to XML) conversion is an easy tool to increase this without changes at customers side.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

A wonderful team of Engineers and Techs, who are the support from inception to completion and maintenance. The software is a great tool for volumes of transactions received in pdf format, to have the software read it and convert it to orders in a matter of seconds with 100% accuracy. This saves us valuable time to perform other tasks and get more things accomplished by the end of the day. This program is easy to use and we use it daily, it just like anything new we learn, it takes little time to learn and requires our adapting ourselves to new things, but do not get frustrated, because the Conexiom Team is professional, effective, patient and extremely helpful. They know what they do. The process of inplementation and integration takes time, naturally, so long as we provide all the right information from the get go.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

There is nothing I dislike about Conexiom, it does take time to setup our customers and iron the few kinks we encountered, but the support we have received and continue to receive from the Conexiom Team is outstanding.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conexiom processes for us hundreds of purchase orders from a multitude of customers. We simply forward their email with the PO attached and in seconds, we receive an email back stating that the order was processed in our system and gives us the order number. This used to be a manual process for us; copy/paste item-by-item, then double checking for duplications, then sending our customers the acknowledgement; this would take hours of productivity to our Team, limiting the amount of tasks we could do in a day's work. Now, it takes seconds to do and with two clicks we send our customers their order confirmation.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

The efficency of the software. I love that you can train the software to remember changes. The mapping team is superb. Beyong easy to learn. The implementation team was always helpful. The integration team was so supportive and patient with us.
We are now live and customer support is available for us. The frequency of use is 24/7. The features are awesome everything you need is on the dash board. Love it that!!!

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

sometimes it can be a little wonky. It is usually casused by an issue or an upgrade but it has always been resolved.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the pass I would process about 1500 invoices manually on a monthly basis on top of all the other task. Now,  is not even close.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

For our customers whos POs have less variation, implementation has been a breeze. The addition of documentation for users regarding how to use the exception manager, how to best implement map requests, etc. has made a huge difference too. Kevin Budd has also been extremely helpful in helping get our more complex issues resolved.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

Some of our more complex POs have been challening to implement, and have required lots of back and forth between the mapping support team and myself. I recognize however that this is likely because of our customers' resistance to consistency, and Conexiom clearly works hard to do everything they can to resolve any issues.

The exception manager is a bit clunky, and if there are a large number of errors that need to be resolved, the lag between making changes and those changes updating means it is often faster to just enter these POs manually instead of waiting for each individual change to update and verify.

Reducing the amount of manually entry required for our POs.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

We went live with Conexiom API in January 2023.  The implementation was relatively easy and overall successful.  The implementation team at Conexiom  was awesome!  
Our Customer Service Reps save a lot of time with data entry now; they have more time to research, if needed, and have better relationships with our customers.  Since the data is pulled directly from our customer's PO's, the detail that is entered into our Enterprise ordering system is very accurate and trustworthy.  It is easy to use and it is used EVERY day.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

The only shortcoming that I can see about Conexiom API is that it needs more AI predictive features.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

The flexibility of order styles that can be mapped and tied to our product listings is great. Once it's set after implementation, maintenance is low, and the project/support team is on top of their game. The customer portal is our one-stop shop that makes it easy to manage our accounts.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

I would like to see more advancements in the orders that don't come through via clear text. They are working on an OCR solution that could help with this, and once its proficiency is proven to be just as accurate as the rest of their offering, it might be a complete package.

It's helping us to eliminate the volatility of human error in our order entry process and automates it well while learning our mapping through minor tweaks and adjustments.

After the initial set up, the processing of a document through Conexiom is very easy. 
Documents are processed very quickly and notifications come through within minutes.
The use of the Conexiom Portal is easy to navigate through as well.
Customer support is always on hand to help out when in need too.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

The initial set up of the customer can be slightly tricky at the beginning.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conexiom helps us process purchase orders very easily without a salesperson having to manually enter which saves a lot of time. It means my sales team can carry on with other duties.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

Conexiom is performing thousands of updates and transactions for us - vendor acknowledgements, invoices and customer purchase orders are all being handled by what would have been a team of at least 3 persons in the past.  We've been able to improve the service level to our customers with better information regarding lead times, and also process their orders quickly and accurately.  I'm also appreciative of the people at Conexiom that have been able to handle our company-specific needs and process requirements. This product has exceeded our expectations.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

I would love to see more document-types added - purchase order receipts, pick-ticket invoicing etc. but the limitation appears to be the paper... could we improve the OCR processes to the point where we could implement more vendors and customers on the acknowledgment and purchase order side, as well as the paper-based transactions in the warehouse?

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've reduced errors that were caused by manual document processing, and we've increased the volume of the documents that we can handle in a day. This has led to more accurate and automated notification to customers regarding lead times, ship dates etc.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

Conexiom makes it pretty easy for us to map incoming customer orders into electronic order transactions which are uploaded into our ERP system. We do not have to ask our customers to make any changes on their side (which is essential), and Conexiom has been very open to making custom changes for us in a minimal amount of time.  Their team is very accessible and great to work with.  We have definitely saved time and money on a very repetive task and this has improved employee job satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

I've experienced very little downside working with Conexiom.  My only frustration has been our customers changing their document formats after we've mapped them, so we need to re-map them.  But the process is simple enough that we don't lose much time.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Conexiom is helping us retain employees who wish to engage with our customers and suppliers more, and do less paper pushing.  Our data entry quality has improved, and we are alerted to pricing discrepancies on our orders.  We have also saved on hiring additional personnel as our company has experienced growth.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

Conexiom is very easy to use.  With very minimal training, users can be onboarding customers within an afternoon's time.  They have a standard set of document fields that can be mapped but also don't shy away from completing custom data requests that fit the needs of your customers and their purchase order requirements.  Additionally, the support staff is very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help figure out how to make your documents work.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

There really isn't a lot to dislike here.  If I had to pick one thing, the mapping desk can be a little slow from time to time.  This may have more to do with staffing issues than anything else.

**Recommendations to others considering Conexiom:**

Do it! Go on do it! Just do it! Do it!

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conexiom has figured out how to offer what I call "EDI Lite" in lieu of a full-blown EDI program.  This helps move customers that aren't receptive to automation technology onto a platform where there is nothing for them to do, but I as the supplier get many of the benefits offered by a more traditional EDI program.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

At my company, we looked at Conexiom for a second AP automation solution. Our current product was not customizable and, for some documents, had little accuracy. Conexiom is able to customize exactly what needs to be captured and in what format for all trading partners. The team at Conexiom helps in every step to ensure the results received are exactly as you expected.  We had mapping issues for vendor invoices when capturing freight that moved around on a document. We also wanted customization to add multiple lines of freight into one total to be passed to our ERP system. Conexiom was able to do exactly that.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

Conexiom is great if you are not onboarding all vendors to the software. Since we went with Conexiom as a backup for our other automation tool, this process worked great for us. I could not imagine loading 1,000+ vendors at once, as each requires custom mapping and testing to ensure each trading partner is properly mapped and configured.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conexiom is able to handle our 15% that our other AP automation tool is not able to handle due to inconsistencies in fields on our vendor invoices. Document data accuracy has been 100% and has been touchless once trading partners are in production.

Once something is mapped it works pretty well.  I like that you can streamline your mapping for a large chunk of data using the first pass mapping.  It helps to not have to write it out for each dataset.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

Implementation has been painful.  We've had multiple reps over only a few months.  The latest rep we've had has been very responsive, so that's helpful, but hopefully they can get this fixed for future implementations.

We've found a lot of mistakes that we've been able to fix internally.  We are still working on gaining buy-in from all users.  There are some using it fairly often now and liking the results.

Takes the leg work out of entering PO'S, I just have to verify the information is correct and submit the alert into CRM . Takes less time than entering the entire PO manually.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

Sometimes if there are multiple lines it takes a while for the alert to save and update. If every line would update individually it would possibly take less time.

They are working on part numbers being recognized and lines not being duplicated within opportunities where parts reside multiple times. Performance and speed has increased over the past few months .

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

It''s easy to send our invoices to them, they then convert them into EDI format for faster, easier and seamless processing for high volume vendors we have.
It makes the processing of our high-volume payables a lot faster and easier. 
They are easy to get a hold of any time we have issues and their responsiveness and timeliness of their responses is fantastic!

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

Nothing their process is very user friendly and easy! It's rare that I have issues and they are very easy to navigate their site! I couldn;t ask for anything more!

**Recommendations to others considering Conexiom:**

They are very user friendly and make processing of high volume accounts very easy and much faster than manual entry.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to process our high-volume payables in a faster more convenient timeframe.
Their accuracy of the information mapped out is excellent!
They are a great company to deal with to streamline your payable entry process in a high-volume setting.

It is very easy to use and set up. It saves our Order Entry people much-needed time. This allows them to do other things. Before this, I did not know this technology existed.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

It does take time to validate each PO of each account that has its idiosyncrasies. It would be helpful if we could do most of the tweaking ourselves on the app for these adjustments.

Our Customer Service Reps were spending too much time entering orders which did not allow them time to answer the phones and emails. They are more productive now allowing plenty of time to assist our customers.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

The automation of processing invoices quickly.  Once the vendor/customer is set up and the invoices mapped, they process flawlessly.  I have not used other EDI workflow products besides Extol, and this product is so much easier to deal with.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

I don't like the amount of time it can take to have the software vendor map out the invoices and sometimes there are mistakes and it requires more time to get the invoice mapped for vendors/customers.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conexiom has allowed our AP department to process their invoices for vendors/customers set up on this system without too much intervention, reducing processing and payment time.

I love that Conexiom catches errors more quickly than our people could catch them. It identifies incorrect shipping addresses, pricing, quantity, etc which saves us time in Accounting if having to stop and question the buyers.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

We do have problems knowing all of the steps we need to take when testing trading partners. But we are still learning as we go.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Accounting Dept is always getting stuck in processes due to errors on invoices that do not match our purchase orders. Most of these problems are now being captured and addressed before Accounting receives the invoices.

**What do you like best about Conexiom?**

Very easy to use once a customer has been set up.  Simple to just forward the PO over to Conexiom via email without even worrying about it.  You also get the email notifications letting you know if a PO has been processed or if there was an issue with it.  I also like the fact that if you forget you sent over a PO and try to send it over again, it will not process because it will tell you it is a duplicate PO.    I do not have much practice with actually doing much in the actual portal but when I have, it's been very easy to find what you need and there is also the help section that is very thorough.  It will help with a lot of questions if you might something to come up.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

Starting out with a new customer to map.  I have not had much practice with the mapping part so I guess that is why I don't understand that part of the process yet.  Also, trying to get our system and the Conexiom system to work together at first is a little difficult but that is why we have our IT department to look into any issues that may cause the system not to read the files.  Once everything is set up, it runs smoothly and I don't worry about it like I have to for my regular EDI customers.

**Recommendations to others considering Conexiom:**

Conexiom is definitely worth implementing.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orders are getting entered faster and are more accurate than manual order entry.  This has really eliminated orders not getting entered on time.  Also with more accuracy such as shipping to the correct location, the correct dates the customer needs them shipped out, order quantities, no duplication of PO order entry and part numbers are correct.  Sometimes even when you use copy & paste from the POs for manual order entry, you can still get the lines mixed up and enter in wrong information.   All of this not only helps us in customer service to be able to spend more time on other projects but it helps the customer know that their orders are taken care of in a timely manner and the order is being entered correctly as well.  This cuts down on emails or calls from the customers.

We can't reach out to resource who works behind the scenes, every request goes to the common resource pool, no guarantee that the same resource will pick up the work. It's good for Conexiom but we need some one who drives the entire implementation

We love the ease of use of Conexiom. It didn't take our Customer Service team long to figure out how to use Conexiom and it is freeing up their time so they can work on other projects.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

It can be somewhat tricky to setup the mapping to get it correctly configured for each individual Customer/Vendor's needs/specifications. After everything is configured it works seamlessly!

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're working on a tool to allow us to be able to make mapping changes without having to submit a change request ticket. They're also streamlining the onboarding process so you have a sole contact to work through the initial kinks.

Need to accurately predict growth levels and select right licence levels otherwise you can leave a number of licences on the table which reduces ROI.

I've worked with Conexiom at multiple companies now. Each time my experience has been the same: quality product, incredible support, and lasting impact to my business.

The new portal has taken some getting used to. I've found it to be a bit more "cludgey" than the simpler original portal. The overall UX is great, but some processes could be streamlined (alerts, loading docs, etc.)

Conexiom allows us to convert multiple formats of the same trade document into a single format consumable by our system. We have avoided adding FTEs while growing our throughput.

After a bit of setup, Conexiom removes the need to manually process any non-EDI vendor documents, whether they be invoices, acknowledgements, or anything else. Their support staff is stellar!

Maintaining Conexiom is not without effort. To ensure maximum utilization, Conexiom must have an in-house resource to handle issues and periodically review selected vendors. Luckily, their support staff is there to help along the way.

**Recommendations to others considering Conexiom:**

Conexiom is perfect for automating invoices and acknowledgments with EDI-capable software. Make sure you have a plan for the time Conexiom will free up!

We have automated vendor acknowledgments and invoices from non-EDI vendors, freeing up time in the accounting and purchasing departments. Now our people can focus on solving problems rather than data entry.

Dashboard isn't as versatile as I'd like to see.   Power BI type tool would be better, but the team is great in creating reports so you can manipulate the data.

It's another person processing orders without paying benefits or dealing with HR tasks.  You can continue to expand the use of the tool by adding algorithms with additional cost.

Conexiom is the cloud-based OCR platform, which in turn is used to automate the manual data entry process. With 100 percent accuracy, it recognizes the data in the Purchase Order / Invoice and is used to create a Sales Order / Invoice with the help of Optically Recognised data. It is very easy to integrate any application with conexiom. I have integrated Conexiom with SAP, integration was seamless, very efficient, and 100% accurate. Customer service team knowledge-packed team with good services.

Conexiom can also integrated with all kinds of applications to automate the manual data entry process.

**What do you dislike about Conexiom?**

There is nothing to dislike, as they provide best-in-class service and accuracy. when i accuracy it was 100% it perfectly recognise the character in the document i/e PO/Invoice, and portal which they have to process the document was very sleek and it is very to train the users.

**What problems is Conexiom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Haven't encountered any problems, technical team was very flexible to integrate the application, they also have lots of options to get and pass the data to other applications. They also support XML, JASON, etc to send and receive data.
