I love being able to connect with students during times when we can't meet face to face. I am still able to do things as if I were meeting with them in person. Student are able to share their concerns, we can review documents and we can upload documents that need to be reviewed during a meeting or prior. I love that I can leave notes after my meeting in case we need to follow up. Scheduling is also great. I can connect that with my outlook so I know when I have meetings without having to log in to Conexed; I can just look on outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A few things. The sharing screen option is confusing! I hate that I can't see the student when I'm sharing the screen. Being able to see their reactions is key for me to know if they may be confused or they are really understanding what Im speaking about. Another thing, minor glitches. It freezes, sound goes out, sometimes I can't admit people to my lobby to begin my meetings, just to name a few. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
