I part-time lead IT for a circular economy startup that frequently needs to return containers. Given the high volume of our facility, we needed a scheduling solution for booking appointments both for inbound and outbound deliveries. Conduit became our choice after being recommended by a friend. It's simple, clean, and our carriers and vendors can book directly with our portal instead of needing to email us. We use it every weekday. In-person check-in is also great. They got us started with a free trial and up and running in a single day. The two owners also do a good job replying immediately to any emails. I look forward to what the team will release in the future, we'd love to see WMS and inventory management capabilities. Dock scheduling by itself is excellent but would love to see a more comprehensive solution that covers each step of our delivery journey. Pain in the ass to integrate all this stuff together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is very user-friendly, so minimal training is needed. The support team was always available to answer any questions immediately. I like being able to chat with the drivers via text and work from my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That it doesn't have a filter button to de-select all the options on the appointment type. If I have to select just "requested" appointment type, I have to remove the check marks for all the other options.

We have also have problems with some carriers not being able to use the links to the warehouses links.

The admin set ups are too easy to be changed, we have had issues with the appointment required set up being de-activated and the system does not show who did it. It would be nice to have a record of who is manipulating these fields.

Lastly, I don't like that I have to review one day at a time and click next all the time. It would be nice to have a monthly view instead, our carriers book weeks in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
