What I like most about Conductor is the research tool where I am able to review any keywords even though I am not tracking them. I also really like the fact that we are able to track technical SEO issues. Conductor was more user friendly and easily able to educate new team members on the tool versus BrightEdge. Things that could be improved for our team would be the visualization of the charts. We are not able to properly use the side-by-side feature. It is not symmetric. We also do not have the ability to change or personalize the color coding. We are not used to only seeing the top results, and it bothers us how competitors or our data fluctuate.
