My favorite part of Conductor is the level of support and onboarding you receive. There are tons of courses and trainings that teach you how to navigate the UX, leverage each report or feature, and even learn tactics and best practices for SEO, optimizing for AI, and more. Other things I like are:

• Conductor has invested a lot in AI intelligence and AI features. I think they were a bit rough when they first launched, but they didn't just add them and rest on their laurels (the improvements to Writing Assistant are particularly nice - they have helped me and my team quickly align pieces of content with AI crawler needs). I think you would run into this with any similar tool, but It's easy to get overwhelmed at first. Navigation-wise there is a learning curve (for me anyway). You really need to take the time to go through the onboarding/training to learn where everything lives. However, there are tons of tooltips throughout, so once you find the area you need, it's easy to find guidance on how to proceed or segment the data you want. I really appreciate Conductor's "customer-first" approach. They genuinely care and want to see their customers succeed. One thing that really sets Conductor apart is that they invite customer contributions and have implemented quite a few of my suggested ideas into the platform. It's really rewarding to use the features added from the ideas I have submitted, to see the platform grow and improve, and know you, as a customer, played a role in that. Not too many companies allow you help improve their product like this, which is why it's so awesome that Conductor does that. Please never stop doing this. Having a dedicated customer success manager for bi-weekly sessions is incredibly helpful. The community section is a great resource for discussing SEO topics with other customers and Conductor employees, ensuring you are talking with credible experts. This provides confidence that you're receiving reliable information. The expansive knowledge base helps customers learn about SEO and different aspects of the platform. I am extremely impressed with the prompt issue resolution and the speed at which bugs are addressed; unless it's something more complex, which is understandable, as those things take longer to fix. The consistent new feature launches combined with informative monthly webinars from the product team, make updates easy to understand. Conductor's support team is the BEST, going above and beyond by not just responding thoroughly but also proactively assisting me, even completing tasks I intended to do myself. Their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism have a huge impact! You can tell they truly care about the customer and delivering an excellent experience. The workspaces tool and keyword research tool significantly improve my efficiency in conducting keyword research and creating reports! What used to take hours now takes 30 minutes to an hour for reporting. With keyword research, weeks. I attended Conductor's C3 conference, and it was an amazing experience.
