What I like best about Conductor is that the tool pulls all my data into 1 place and stitches it together automatically. This allows me to focus my time on analyzing and implementing changes on our website instead of a lot of manual data manipulation. And, through our 5-year partnership, I have had a few Customer Success Managers, all of which have been fantastic partners to myself and company. As we have grown in our SEO journey, we have matured in how we use the tool and Conductor has met our needs along the way. There are very few things I dislike. When I've had recommendations of aspects I would like to see in the tool, many times I'm able to leave comments and have seen these items implemented in the future. I wish the ContentKing, website monitoring tool, had a little more technical information available, but most of the time, the information I am able to garner from it is helpful for what I need to do.
