(1)2.5/5

ConDoc is affordable construction project management software that keeps the entire team on the current set of plans while accelerating RFIs, submittals, and field work. Built for general contractors, specialty trades, architects, and owners, ConDoc replaces scattered emails, Dropbox folders, and spreadsheets with one simple system for: \* AI-powered drawing management — upload full plan sets and let AI automatically detect sheet titles, numbers, disciplines, and revisions. Everyone always sees the current set, with version history, overlays, and real-time markups. \* Document control — customizable approval workflows for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other docs, with instant notifications and one-click accountability. \* Field management — mobile apps (online or offline) for daily logs, photos, videos, punch lists, and tasks that sync automatically. \* Unlimited users — invite owners, design teams, subcontractors, and anyone else at no extra cost. Pricing that doesn’t punish growth. Flat rate per project, per month (starting at $50). No per-user fees. No percentage of annual contract value. No automatic annual rate increases. ConDoc delivers the core project management tools teams actually use—without the complexity or cost of enterprise platforms. It is a practical, high-value alternative for companies that want Procore-level plan control and document workflows at a fraction of the price.
