It is specifically useful for monitoring resident communication, maintenance and repair requests and managing due bills. **What do you dislike about Condo Manager?** There are limited customizations which makes it very hard to get reports that meet our exact specifications. For example, I can’t write a program that makes reports on the discrepancies between annual budget and actual spending. **What problems is Condo Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** I believe that Condo Manager has done a lot in changing how things are managed in our condo association. Everyone works with ease on a day to day basis, communication is fluent and timely payment of bills is made.
