It does have the opportunities to add or remove options as needed. All about the unit and its residents, past and present, the common elements, fees, personal notes. Residents can pay for various options on the system from fobs, keys, to reserving the party room or elevators. It communicates well from announcements to budget letters. Generates reports of everything, shares surveys with residents,and invites them not only for service requests but also to discuss. It has a library of all condo documents.
