  ### 1. Salesforce has many capabilities. I use it as a CRM.  It is very robust and fairly user-friendly.

**What do you like best about Concretio?**

It is user-friendly and well-organized.  You do not have to fill every section out should you not have the information.

**What do you dislike about Concretio?**

I know that it is very expensive and that they spend 40% of their revenue on advertising vs. 8-12% for Microsoft.  Thus it is not ideal for smaller organizations with a limited budget.

**What problems is Concretio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to organize my contacts as well as those of other people I work with.  We can have our own contacts and share info with others so as to avoid duplication.  We can also email directly from Salesforce rather than having to go through Outlook or other sites.

Tracking all the activity of a user from top to bottom in the sales funnel

One of the costiliest software in the CRM industry

Other then cost factor, good Software to  use

Salesforce help in maintaining the sales funnel & nurture the leads with the help of automations.
