"Day-to-day tasks made easy with Concord"
5/5
What do you like best about Concord?

First, I love the real-time editing feature of Concord. It made collaboration with everyone (team, external parties) very easy.

Second, Concord also has this automatic notification feature wherein you can set an alert for upcoming renewals and/or due dates. You will never miss a deadline because of this.

Third, there is also no need for back and forth emails since you can discuss any questions or comments in Concord itself.

Fourth, you can create a template and customise it per your need.

Fifth, I am over the moon because we have unlimited e-signatures. This definitely help minimise scanning, printing and sending back and forth documents to Parties Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

I think editing documents inside the platform is a bit challenging. The formatting (font, rulers, paragraph) is not easy to manage. You may want to do your editing outside the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Concord?

The customization available for each contract template we have is fantastic. Adding fields to our contracts and then selecting who has permission to edit makes the contract process much clearer for both the sender and the receiver. This function is beneficial when we have a database of 54 different templates that are each very specialized. We have sent contracts out to thousands of freelancers that work for our company and they are all organized and easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

Concord could improve its platform by making the resend invitation function better for all contracts. Once the recipient views it at a glance, the ability to resend is gone. If there are ongoing contract talks that need adjustments over time, this requires our company to remove permissions for the recipient and add them again to receive the invitation again. "Works nicely for our company"

What do you like best about Concord?

I like the ability to set a signature order when going to multiple parties, and the general ease with which people can sign digitally. I also like the notifications you get when signing has taken place so you don't have to check on the website all the time. They also have a team that seems to be really committed to improving the site as they seek feedback from users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

The site design is not completely intuitive, especially if you're a new or infrequent user. For me this is two primary things: (1) There's a lot on every screen and your eyes don't know where they should be looking at all times. For example, adding and circulating a contract is somewhat of a linear process but it doesn't guide you through it like that. Instead, there's a sidebar on the right with various tabs that just don't make sense to me (2) Way too much reliance on reading everything when much of it could be converted to graphics/icons that imply the function, then simply hover over to confirm what it is if needed...similar to how we scan our smartphones for what we want--we look for images, not words. Two other things that could be improved (1) Once you've saved a bunch of contracts it starts to look kind of randomly cluttered and I'd like a way to micro-organize more. It may be a feature but our employer either didn't show us or didn't turn it on (2) When sending a contract to outside parties, you almost always have to give them a heads up it's coming so it doesn't get rejected/lost. It would be nice if you could make it appear like it's coming from the sender's email box, and/or make it painfully obvious it's coming from us (e.g., SUBJECT: So-and-so from XYZ Company is requesting your signature). "An easy to use CLM with a native e-signature feature at a reasonable price."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Concord?

I love the simple, modern, intuitive user interface. It's easy to use, includes a native e-signature feature, and at a reasonable price with a responsive and professional help desk. It's made a vast improvement in organizing and streamlining all our contracts and has been well received by our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

Like all software, it's not perfect. The biggest challenge for me is the formatting issues when converting documents into Concord or even inside Concord. I've spent hours fixing templates. Once they are completed then things run pretty smoothly, but this setup can be frustrating and time-consuming. Although it's a relatively minor thing, Also, I don't like how they handle the "request signature" emails. It's a simple link to have the system send an email to a signatory, and great that it can be automated to send after a previous signature is completed, but the subject line says "Invitation to join" which is confusing since an external signatory does not need to join anything to review and sign the document. There is a way to send customized messages when sharing a document, but not for the "request signature" emails. I also appreciate that the completed Smart Fields automatically show up in the Summary section, but currently, none of the other fields do, so we have to add those manually. Again, other than the formatting issues, it's mostly just small things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Contract lifecycle management that you can configure to your needs"
5/5
What do you like best about Concord?

Concord allows for seamless routing to internal parties with a need to review, sign off. This allows for a much more collaborative experience than we had experienced before. Of particular benefit is being able to give permissions to certain fields to certain collaborators. Unlimited storage is helpful and the ability to track and get alerts for upcoming deadlines and expirations is a big bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

Nothing in particular comes to mind. It's been a great addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Concord Review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Concord?

Concord as a system to negotiate your contacts is quite superior. a centralized location to dance with your contracting party and invite others to comment as well. Internal and external comments allow a honest discussion of terms. A clause library allows options with approval to keep the discussions moving. Workflows and now conditional workflows afford the confidence that the right approvals and reviews occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Contract Management System"
5/5
What do you like best about Concord?

- Concord made us go from a paperwork system to an all-digital filing of our contracts;

- Concord tracks for us the validity of our contracts;

- Concord enables us to build team capacity and have other members of the team collaborate with legal easily on contracts;

- Concord makes digital signatures safe and valid; Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

- The Concord system is still developing, so some functionalities are not "there yet"

- There is no streamlined way to train other team members on how to use the system, we are developing our own training videos

- Recently, Concord changed its operating system from tags for access to folders for access, and we had to make the switch manually, changing hundreds of contracts manually.... the Concord team didn't have a tool ready to accompany this change... this is quite costly in terms of resources it required from us. "Bring Concord on board!"
5/5
What do you like best about Concord?

I can’t imagine life without Concord. We compared several contract management platforms and Concord was the choice. I would say this to other in-house attorneys: the longer you wait to get Concord, the harder you’ll be kicking yourself when you see how much more efficient and productive it makes your legal department! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

I don't like that I waited so long to make Concord an essential tool in my daily practice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
