**What do you like best about Conciliac EDM?**

It makes the work much easier by doing it in a faster way and with large volumes that often become complicated to handle in Excel.

**What do you dislike about Conciliac EDM?**

The suggestion from my work team for improvement is the number of records that can be processed, as when doing the quarterly closing of some accounts, it does not allow me to upload the complete file, and I have to reconcile in batches, which leads to confusion and errors.

**What problems is Conciliac EDM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has a wide range of possibilities in how you want to cross-reference the information, keywords, more or less inference, it makes the work much easier.
