Conciergr answers a class business's WhatsApp enquiries on the business's own number, day and night, in the business's tone. It answers from a Google Doc and Sheet the owner keeps and never edits them. It books trial classes inside the chat and emails each booking to the team, nudges enquiries that went quiet, asks happy customers for a Google review, and logs where every enquiry came from and where it stopped. Anything it cannot answer goes to a person on the team. Phone calls stay with staff.
