The user interface is not the most modern and could benefit from a fresh touch in the eyes of a designer. But every tool and option can be found quickly, so the UX is still pretty good. When we were obligated to stay at home because of Covid, my university teacher started using it as part of his lectures. He was using Conceptboard as a whiteboard during our online classes and we were able to access his notes later. Conceptboard is a real game changer for digital collaboration. No more email ping pong with multiple people in CC, all having different versions. Everything happens on a central board, everyone works together (whether simultaneously or asynchronously doesn't matter anymore!). Processes can often be limited to one board instead of a multitude of files. Comment function, chat, and versioning are useful benefits.
