Here in my company, we had to change to another whiteboard app since our previous one could not meet our security requirements and kept changing its privacy policy. Since then, we tried Conceptboard and, honestly, we have nothing to complain about. Besides, the Ui was very intuitive, which made the process of moving from our previous whiteboard app easier. We had a few problems with the Single Sign On integration they provided after we subscribed to the service.
