It was simple and easy to learn and made it quicker for me to explain to the sales department concepts that they struggled with over email. Recommendations to others considering Conceptboard: I'm a technical engineer who often has to explain complex concepts and procedures to people who like bullet-point summaries but not reading. My needs might not be yours, but this product suited me very well despite the free products I get from Microsoft as part of the company. I spent a few minutes learning/practicing and immediately created what I needed quickly. I didn't use much of its power, but I found it simple and straightforward to use.
