Miro.com is a lot easier to use to create a mindmap and easily add nodes. It's currently the only feature I'm missing from miro.com. Sometimes, there is lag on the editing functionality, causing a sticky to move back to it's previous position or the text it previously had. I also liked I could log in with my home address to do the limited things I needed to be done while I tried to convince the boss to pay for it. **What do you dislike about Conceptboard?** My boss wasn't keen on the cost because he didn't like to pay for anything. I don't remember any other annoyances now. I barely used it for collaborating or anything complex. It was just me explaining things to people who struggle with email. **Recommendations to others considering Conceptboard:** I'm a technical engineer who often has to explain complex concepts and procedures to people who like bullet-point summaries but not reading. My needs might not be yours, but this product suited me very well despite the free products I get from Microsoft as part of the company. I spent a few minutes learning/practicing and immediately created what I needed quickly. I didn't use much of its power, but I found it simple and straightforward to use. Without any prior tool knowledge or registration, I can invite participants to my board with just a few clicks. I can easily prepare a presentation and work on questions together between the information. No other software has ever done that for me. **What do you dislike about Conceptboard?** What I don't like quite as much is that I don't have that many options to customize my interface yet. Among other things, I can draw drafts on the board, let others comment on them or prepare presentations and divide them into sections. The application is easy to understand and just trying it out for the first time gives you a very good impression of what Conceptboard has to offer. **What do you dislike about Conceptboard?** I cannot express any criticism about the application. However, sometimes I would like an overview or a list of the elements on a board to control or select individual items. While working with embedded videos, they would play right away when clicked on or opened its link in a new browser. It's hard to move a video, especially if there are items underneath after being uploaded onto the board. A list would be helpful here to select the video individually and thus move it. We also have an internal CB we utilize as a line development/tracking tool where anybody in our team can quickly check on the statuses of items. **What do you dislike about Conceptboard?** I strongly suggest adding "groups" of users to send comments to a whole team/multiple recipients. If one person is unavailable and the only one to receive the notification, then information is not quickly communicated and can be missed. **What problems is Conceptboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Really sets us up for success when we can collaborate and share ideas with the Target design team. This leads to a higher adoption ratio of developed styles to ordered styles. ### 33. You can't just put another item in front of the thing you want to hide - you need to set the textcolor similar to the color you're writing on. **What problems is Conceptboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it for Online-Workshops, elaborating worksheets, votings, Retro-Meetings, interactive games, collecting results from differnt groups even in live-meetings. ### 34. That is the finest app I've ever used to work with. **What problems is Conceptboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have a challenge before using Conceptboard trying to analyze the corporation's data graph, because most of the time and they didn't give the result that I thought they did. I had a lot of difficulty thinking about the map. Once we have introduced the Conceptboard, we might have an online discussion and I may check it at home after department. We've used it as a platform for people to look at our weekly handouts (we're a church) and have also used it as mood boards to ideate off of. **What do you dislike about Conceptboard?** I don't like the membership structure. It's a little confusing how the team structure works. We pay for a team but always have to manage those that are on our team and those who are just collaborators. Sometimes people slip through and then we have to pay extra for that member... **What problems is Conceptboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides one platform for our stakeholders to come to so that communication about that project is then streamlined.
