Some of the things I like best about Concept3D are the tour functionality and CMS site for making many updates. It's helpful to be able to make quick updates to our CMS with different categories and also to be able to use the tool as a marketing platform to capture the attention of constituents when they visit our map. Sometimes it's difficult to manage the communication when we need updates to our map that cannot be done in the CMS. It would be nice if all updates could be made within the CMS, and not require us to work with a production team. The user interface is pretty intuitive. It was easy to catch on the first few times I was in the back end of our map.
