What do you like best about Concept3D?

What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like the tool very much, but I am not 100% comfortable in the tool. Wish there was a test version before making it live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We do have a preview feature for your tour locations on our 360 tour but as of yet we do not have a test version for our map. However, our CS team is aware this feature is in demand and is prioritizing it accordingly.

What do you like best about Concept3D?

Setting up the initial map was as simple as taking pictures with my cellphone and emailing them to a developer. Tweaking the map from the initial result was easy and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concept3D?

To truly customize it and make it "your own" takes a lot more time and effort. This isn't very clear up front. There are also many features that end up costing additional $$ that would be really helpful and great, but also very prohibitively expensive. Current customers don't automatically get upgraded as new features are released. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:

While the rollout is rather simple and intuitive, to get the most bang for your buck, make sure you spend some serious time tweaking and making it fit your organization. This is where we failed - there were so many options that we could have used early on, but we failed to maximize the benefit of the software as a whole, simply because we didn't dedicate the time we needed. Displaying our campus in an attractive and easy map, while creating opportunities to find more content about specific locations on our campus was a huge challenge for us to do independently. People don't need to be GIS trained or even knowledgeable to have a functioning Map interface for their organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of plugins to interface with outside data, trainers aren't organized and more go with the flow, product doesn't feel well polished (bugs and clunky interface) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
