**What do you like best about Shiji Concept Spa & Leisure?**

I like how Shiji Concept Spa & Leisure centralizes and streamlines daily operations into a single platform, which makes managing reservations, guest profiles, and staff schedules much more efficient. It brings all key functions such as reservations, guest profiles, and service management into one cohesive system, reducing the need to switch between other tools and optimizing my time.

**What do you dislike about Shiji Concept Spa & Leisure?**

Some aspects that could be improved include system speed, user interface usability, workflows could be more intuitive and enhance reporting customization or clearer in-platform guidance would further improve the experience. Regarding system speed performance, could be improved during peak usage times as some actions like loading schedules, bookings, switching views or saving changes become slower during that period, reducing click for common tasks and adding in-app guidance.
