I haven't seen any downside at this point

**Recommendations to others considering Concept:**

If you are looking to grow your business with a limited budget, they are the perfect solution.  They may be able to accomplish more than an actual employee of your company at half the cost.  That's what they are doing for us.

**What problems is Concept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed some additional sales power to help us grow our customer base.  We have 2 separate companies that we are positioning with our customers.  One an asset-based LTL company - Standard Forwarding Freight and the other a non-asset LTL and TL brokerage company - SAKAEM Logistics.  I've been using Concept now for the past 6 months and just renewed our agreement with them.  They've generated many positive leads for both companies - some very large opportunities.  I've also just adjusted our go to market strategy with our local customer base and integrated Concept into that plan.  They've been a great partner and touch base with us weekly to make sure we are properly aligned.

**What do you like best about Concept?**

They do the most difficult part of the sales process - filling the funnel.

**What do you dislike about Concept?**

There isn't anything that I dislike but like all things we can always run faster and be more efficient.  Together we are always trying to figure out better and more effective ways to interact and be successful.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept:**

Make sure that you are looking to partner with a biz dev team and support the leads and effort that they make.  They are only as good as the close rate of the group and effectiveness at handling their opportunities.  It is also a long game.  You must value fleet data, contact data, pipeline activity, and more.  Bottom line is if both parties do their job IT WORKS!

**What problems is Concept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concept Services has been an extension to our sales team for many years.  Lead gen, data insights, chat monitoring, CRM design and more.  Concept has  been a critical part of our growth and Kyle Moles has been the glue holding it all together.  I know that may sound scripted but the truth is that this is a relationship business.  Our customers appreciate a long term relationship with our Account Managers and the same goes for the Concept team.  At all levels we have relationships and are rooting for our mutual success.

**What do you like best about Concept?**

The onboarding process at Concept was thorough which enabled us to hit the ground running. Weekly touchpoints and the ability to picot to focus on certain markets is a very big benefit.

**What do you dislike about Concept?**

The only issue we have seen is that we were lacking staff to fully handle all the leads generated by the Concept team. A very nice problem to have.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept:**

Pull the lever with Concept and spend time with the onboarding process. It has been a game-changer for our organization.

**What problems is Concept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concept has been retained to actively engage with the market uncovering revenue generating opportunities for our commercial team to qualify. Uncovering these opportunities is the most time consuming and difficult parts of starting the sales cycle.

Concept is incredibly flexible, responsive and effective in managing a complex business with many moving parts.

Very minimal downsides; however, they could balance strictly managing client instructions with offering the client more advice.

Don't hesitate to have them manage all your lead generation and qualification including, inbound, outbound and digital.

For sales/marketing teams, traffic is tough. I have had the pleasure of working with Concept at 2 of my workplaces, helping with our top of the funnel outreach. They have added a ton of growth to our pipeline and are truly an extension to our organization. I love working with them, and really appreciate the hard work they put in to helping us grow our business.

Team of professionals.  From the account manager, the dialer and the CEO.  All great to work with.

Our email campaign was throttled back due to outside issues.  It took longer than expected to resolve.

If you want a full service firm with professionals involved in every aspect of your campaign who know how to deliver results, Concept is the right choice.

So far nothing, no one is perfect, and I'm sure there are things not to like but from a high level of executing on what they are hired for so far no complaints.

Look to play teamwork and follow up with leads, if you're not prepared to treat outbound leads differently from inbound leads concept might not be for you, they require teammates that are in constant communication

Finding partners that specialized in helping high ticket Industrial and Manufactures generate qualified meetings and beat sales goals

Concept knows what questions to ask, and knows how to learn your business. They make you feel confident that they are always doing what is best to represent your organization.

Concept does a lot well and there is little I can say I truly dislike. I would like to see a little more proactive approach from them. With all the industry knowledge they hold it would be helpful if they made a bigger effort to push their thoughts and recommendations to me as to how we can improve.

I highly recommend Concept to anyone looking to help their sales team focus on better and more qualified leads.

Concept made it known that we are missing out on a lot of business. When it comes to lead generation, you only know what you know. Concept helped us understand that there is still a lot of unknowns out there specifically in our industry.

Concept was directly responsible for our Digital Marketing and e-mail marketing campaigns. 

Return on investment analysis and attribution of analysis of those efforts to the bottom line.

Content creation and editing of a monthly newsletter as part of our e-mail marketing campaign.

**What do you like best about Concept?**

The staff at Concept was extremely helpful, patient and supportive in our efforts to maintain a consistent digital marekting effort.
Having done business with many marketing consulting firms throughout my career, I can say without question, Concept is several steps above the rest.

**What do you dislike about Concept?**

Marketing efforts, in general, are difficult to manage under a sales umbrella and Concept does an exceptional job at taking over that responsibility.

I believe Concept is an exceptional example of a marketing partner and would highly recommend them to any organization

Expanding our digital marketing efforts, especially during this time of COVID when traditional sales meetings and evangelizing efforts have been hampered, reliance on a high quality digital marketing effort has increased our revenue beyond our expectations.

**Describe the project or task Concept helped with:**

Salesforce and Pardot implementation. They also helped us customize forms with Conga and will be doing a second phase of integration with NOVO, our manufacturer's CRM.

**What do you like best about Concept?**

The team we have working for us have all been amazing. Their knowledge of the Salesforce and Pardot platforms have really made our project go smoothly. I especially want to give credit to Joe Stephan. He's amazing, so smart and his ability to keep a project going and to make it pleasant is great.

**What do you dislike about Concept?**

I can't think of any issues. I have had excellent experiences with everyone I've worked with.

**What problems is Concept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We could not have implemented Salesforce or Pardot without Concept. Everyone has been so quick to respond to our questions and work through issues we are dealing with has been worth every dollar we have spent. I feel we are getting the most out of CRM because we had Concept help us customize it for our needs.

Our company utilizes Concept Services to handle all IB leads for qualification and a portion of our OB leads for qualification.  These are the two areas that are in scope within the Marketing department.

**What do you like best about Concept?**

Concept Services is flexible, is able to pivot quickly when change is needed and is very knowledgable in our industry.

**What do you dislike about Concept?**

Can be challenging to proactively get recommendations to push the envelope.  Typically, they are more reactive.

**What problems is Concept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to fill the gap with more OB calling (where it's working) as a result of not being able to utilize ABMs as a marketing tactive.  Initial results are promising - team has been focused on industry-specific lists (which is new) and is providing valuable feedback that can be used to change, when needed.
