## MRI Facilities Management Reviews
  ### 1. Good software but unnecessary for my field of work.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2022

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

The user interface is not overly complex it's easy to find different areas without too many sub menus

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

Everything works as described but it does not help me do my job

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excellent layout visually it helps you keep an excellent idea of space management in your facility.

  ### 2. Solid all-rounder of an application

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom P. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2021

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

Concept is a continuously evolving application which covers everything a Facilities Services department or business could need, over the past 11 years that I've worked with it, it has grown exponentially with some really quite outstanding features and toolkits which allow FM businesses like ours to really get the most out of it.

The workflow module allows great flexibility when it comes to extending the functionality of Concept.

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

As Concept is a standalone installation, this means that if issues and/or bugs are found and new functionality is released, an upgrade is required involving system downtime rather than a tenanted application.

Concept is developed more as a tool for owner-operators rather than FM providers, so new functionality is often targeted more at them. There are some key features which are system-wide, which would ideally be configured on a project/contract/site basis.

**Recommendations to others considering MRI Facilities Management:**

Always think about the bigger picture and work backwards from the end of processes. I.e. if you are intending to use the invoicing functionality, start with the requirements for that and work your way back to the task management process.

Potentially attend a Concept User Group (currently online due to COVID) before implementation in order to discuss requirements and experiences with other users and administrators.

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concept Evolution is used to run our FM business.
We use approximately 80% of what the application has to offer from basic asset and PPM task manangement to facilities booking, mobile device maintenance, client portal interaction, task and job logging, operative/engineer assignment, procurement through the Purchase Order module through to pricing and invoicing back to the client.

We've been using Concept now since the early 2000s, and the web-based Evolution since 2013. In that time, we've developed the application to suit our requirements and stretched it time and time again really testing it's capabilities.

We have made good use of the workflow module which has allowed a vast expansion of the system's already broad functionality to implement a highly complex process of notifications to clients, supply chain, senior management as well as internal staff.

We have over 300 mobile devices in the field using the FSI GO mobile maintenance solution and since it was implemented in 2013 have processed well over 1.5 million tasks.

We have a full supply chain and procurement process managed through Concept from Purchase Requisition (with CIS review) through to approval by selected individual based on region, project and requisition value, including logic for lifecycle processes for our PFI projects.

We also run the Contract Variation processes for our 14 PFI concessions through Concept as well from SPV through to client sign-off.

We're currently looking at a re-classification exercise of our Assets using Uniclass (currently using NRM) and a full match to SFG20 instruction sets.

  ### 3. Great software but has it's pitfalls

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2020

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

Concept Evolution is a swift and great tool to use as part of my workflow. I like the fact that when a task is raised, it automatically sends out an email to the person who requested the job to be raised so I don't have to myself.

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

The icons are not very descriptive and it can be hard sometimes to find exactly what you're looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering MRI Facilities Management:**

I would recommend that you get help from the hosting company to go through a walkthrough / training as using without training it could be quite difficult.

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concept is helping me solve business problems such as not having to manually reply to client's emails, it automatically does this for you.

  ### 4. Streamined Property Management Service for Work Orders

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2019

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

This software makes the process of receiving, delegating and completing work orders from tenants very smooth and easy. It allows our engineers and day porters, who are always spread around the building, to receive work orders on their mobile phones. The ability to charge tenants through the software is also a good feature. Finally, it is very easy for tenants to make reservations for shared amenities such as conference rooms.

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

I don't like the message portal in Angus. It can get confusing when tenants submit a work order, it doesn't get assigned to anyone right away, and then they write a separate message connected to the work order that is not assigned to anyone, so it can get missed. But other than that, the platform is pretty seamless and intuitive.

**Recommendations to others considering MRI Facilities Management:**

Intuitive and easy. You cannot close work orders out on the mobile app, which is annoying, but just have a desktop version available for completing this final piece of work orders.

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product allows the entire property management team, engineers, day porters, and tenants to all be connected on one platform. There is no longer the risk of inconsistent communication regarding tenants needs with work orders and our team. Requests get completed faster and much more efficiently than before.

  ### 5. NetFacilities is a multi-user and multi-site CMMS for facilities and property management.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin N. | Mean stack developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2019

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

The NetFacilities system is very user friendly. It is also very easy to train new users. There are many great CMMS in the market but they lack the feature of keeping track of your employees but NetFacilities helps w\you with just that. It also has has some unique reporting features.

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

NetFacilities provides a mobile app but it’s functionality is not worth the price. The software can also be slow in loading things up. Also the software does not works good after constant working. Although net facilities is easy to learn but it is very hard to use at some points.

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we use it for facility and property management.

  ### 6. Easy to navigate

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2019

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

Angus Anywhere gives me the best way to connect with the tenants in my building. I can easily address any concerns that they have quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

I wish I had a view that allowed me to organize tasks that need to be completed based on specific categories (being able to categorize preventive maintenance tasks into further categories)

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems that I solve include general everyday tasks, tenant requests, and proactive maintenance.

  ### 7. Super software with great customer support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Whitney A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2018

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

I like having the ability to manage my services and work orders all in one place. This allows my technicians to put in notes from the beginning of the service to the completion. This keeps our customer informed at all times. If at any time I have questions or issues, I have a direct contact to assist with any support I need. He is very helpful and has a full understanding of NetFacilities.

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

As much as I like NetFacilities overall, there are times when the service can be slow. Otherwise, I don't have much to complain about so far.

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetFacilities provides us with a paperless work order system, ease of access and advanced reporting. This system allows us to streamline our company processes and better maintain maintenance records on company-wide equipment. We use the system for our various locations to put in supply orders and dispatch from our primary warehouse.

  ### 8. Great way to request workplace needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2018

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

I appreciate the ease of having various requests housed all in one location, regardless of the type of request.

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

When the application has a complete update. It throws me off trying to get used to the new system.

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The requests are all in one location and provides easy access to set up work orders and appointments.

  ### 9. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2018

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

I create preventative maintenance tasking occasionally for properties using this system. It has a very small learning curve, easy to copy/paste new equipment and tasking, and can really help a property keep maintenance on a steady level if used.

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

The software doesn't seem have issues for the purposes that I use it. Can ake a bit of time to initially set up a full schedule for a property.

**Recommendations to others considering MRI Facilities Management:**

Use it fully for all of its purposes and don't ignore it's benefits. Set up scheduling, tasking, users, etc. initially, keep them up-to-date, and this will keep your building healthy!

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program will systematically improve the management of building assets, without a doubt. But most engineers I have collaborated with do not seem to give it much time when arranging their maintenance schedules. The more you rely on it, the better your outcome will be.

  ### 10. Does everything you need it to

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura V. | Marketing Assistant, Commercial Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2017

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

I find setting up work orders to be the easiest, most straightforward part of the system. I also think the reservations calendar works great.

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

The alert emails you get are difficult to read and it's difficult to set up reoccurring work orders. I also find the email templates difficult to format.

**Recommendations to others considering MRI Facilities Management:**

It works great! You won't be disappointed.

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are communicating more effectively with our tenants and solving their building issues in an efficient manner. It is also perfect for keeping track of all of our tenant contacts and their roles.

  ### 11. Effective cloud based commercial tenant management software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2018

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

This is an effective piece of software for managing large property portfolios. It makes communicating with tenants and recording correspondence very easy.

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

There is potential for more useful reports and dashboards to be compiled and downloaded for reporting purposes.

**Recommendations to others considering MRI Facilities Management:**

Use it to manage tenants and manage your portfolio.

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to bill and invoice is easier with Angus. It gave us better relationship management with tenants and maintenance.

  ### 12. Review from happy customer

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

I love the reservations calendar- it’s so simple and nice!

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

The emails you receive are sometimes confusing and it’s hard to set up recurring work orders.

**Recommendations to others considering MRI Facilities Management:**

The calendar is great, use that to its full potential!

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped communicate with my landlord and made things clear.

  ### 13. Organized and Super Easy

**What do you like best about MRI Facilities Management?**

I really appreaciate the management features. You can documents work orders and even keep track of Applicances and Machinery being used with the company

**What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?**

Honestly, I really enjoy the program. Very sufficient.

**What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use angus to review and close out Facilities' Tickets.
Angus is well organized and super easy to find specific tickets.
Most Managament Programs are not as organized. And if they are, there are usually too many steps required to find a specific Work Order.
