There is very little to like about the software, nothing works well and it feels like it is constantly in alpha testing. **What do you dislike about MRI Facilities Management?** Overall lack of quality, complicated navigation, duplicated functionality, poor system logic, frequent process failures, SLA model that doesn't understand a day is 24 hours long. **Recommendations to others considering MRI Facilities Management:** Look elsewhere, or have a blank cheque at the ready. Don't expect the software to do anything you've been told it will without paying extra, and even then don't expect it to work properly. **What problems is MRI Facilities Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Concept to run our Facilities Management Help desk and manage reactive and planned maintenance tasks. ### 2.
