The sales pitch and demo was encouraging

**What do you dislike about Concep SEND?**

Was promised the same functionality and more than existing system but it was not delivered due to staff changes and lack of comms

**What problems is Concep SEND solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to get email comms out to our clients on brand and with a better approval system
