Before Compyl, I had multiple tools and people balancing various responsibilities. Compliance was a pain point felt through HR, Finance, Sales, Admin, and other departments that had to get involved from time to time. We identified this at the end of 2020 and began looking for a solution. I saw many tools and nothing compared to the pure functionality and automation capabilities Compyl offers right out of the box. We are using Compyl to centralize our entire risk and compliance program. We have had a goal as an organization to align with NIST CSF, and now with Compyl, we finally have the tooling needed to make this happen efficiently. Due to our efforts to align with NIST CSF, we can also align with ISO 27001 because of the framework mapping capabilities. We have looked at other tooling but were never interested in the check box methods of security. We need robust security at all times, which Compyl can do for us. The topics of compliance and security are now communicated with more clarity across multiple departments in our organization.

There is not much I have found to be much of an issue at this time. I would say there was a learning curve and some training that went into the onboarding process. Coordinating schedules to make sure all departments were trained was a bit challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a growing company, we had a bit of a blind eye towards security until Q1 of this year, when we had an issue. After that, we began looking for solutions. After seeing many demos, it was clear that Compyl was the solution we needed because of the complete visibility we would gain across the entire organization. A few employees share multiple responsibilities, and the ability to view each task's progress very quickly has been a game changer for us.
