The best thing I liked about CompuTool Connect is it provided me the solution for managing the project by calculating the cost associated during the maintainance of the project. There is no proper cutomer support to the tool and needs lot of improvement in many areas when compared with other competeitors . What do you dislike about CompuTool Connect? I did not like how wasted the tool is, it has a lot of potential to grow but it does not seem that it is going to take advantage of it. I feel that it is very stagnant and in the long run it will be far exceeded by other tools, leaving it without a chance. Recommendations to others considering CompuTool Connect: My recommendations are always the same if you have the possibility to try it, do it.
