It’s clearly made by pharmacists, for pharmacists. I have found their customer support to be unmatched. The program is so user friendly and customizable, which makes it really good. Sometimes I have to search through several menus to find the right button to run a report I want, but I’m just thankful I have the option to even run reports. It’s much easier to see what is/isn’t being used. We have seen benefits in reducing our processing time. It’s also helped us be more aware of third party reimbursement rates. I’ve used this in the past - it’s a small pharmacy management software that doesn’t really have any disadvantages. The software is easy to use and understand. It’s pretty simple.
