I have to go through everything and double check, and it can be tedious. **Recommendations to others considering Real-Time Patent System:** Very good for use at patent law firm. **What problems is Real-Time Patent System solving and how is that benefiting you?** CPI is very convenient, easy to use, and makes online docketing simpler. It benefits include customization, and being able to link new users into a database with or without restrictions on editing that database. ### 3. The folks there are really pleasant to deal with. **What do you dislike about Real-Time Patent System?** Some of the fields are not a great descriptor of the data they contain, so we've had to make some adjustments in naming conventions. **Recommendations to others considering Real-Time Patent System:** fairly reasonable priced; you'll have to put in some work to get your reports looking just right **What problems is Real-Time Patent System solving and how is that benefiting you?** How else would you keep track of thousands of trademark images and descriptions? This makes generating reports, dockets, outstanding dates, and cases a breeze! With some basic knowledge the user can tweak just about every variable in their database. **What do you dislike about Real-Time Patent System?** The biggest downfall of CPi is the amount of clicks it takes to navigate a matter. With an increase of foreign filings and continuations it can be burdensome to scan through every family member click by click. **What problems is Real-Time Patent System solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problem we are solving is generating reports of our IDS backlog. We are trying to manage these filings with very specific deadlines in order to file appropriately.
