**What do you like best about Computer Aided Dispatch?**

It is easy to use. I'm not tech savvy but it was easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Computer Aided Dispatch?**

No dislikes. I think you have to sit back and envelope the software. Once you start in action it comes pretty easy.

**What problems is Computer Aided Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's organized. It keeps everyone streamlined in the same processes. The calls are all input the same way, it's uniform. The dispatch screen is easy to read.

**What do you like best about Computer Aided Dispatch?**

The ease of data entry. My officers are happy with the procedures.

**What do you dislike about Computer Aided Dispatch?**

The lack of ease on the administrative side of things. I have to upload each scanned document one by one, and I’ve got a plethora of docs to be scanned. Very irritating.

**What problems is Computer Aided Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not many.
