What do you like best about CompUp?

While most compensation plantforms are built with the finance & compensation teams in mind, compUp is built for the ultimate user the employee. It has helped my team run comensation cycles without any hassle for both first time and seasoned managers.

It also integrates with the HRMS systems to ensure easy flow of data with minimal human intervention.

Customer support has been top notch with hte team member available all through each step of the implementation.

Finally the pricing is also extremely attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompUp?

This is still a product that is evolving so compensation leader should spend time with the team to build it as per their specification. This is actually not a problem just something for leaders to be mindful of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
