What do you like best about CompUp?

"Most Flexible Compensation Management Software"
What do you like best about CompUp?

Their software enabled our company to combine all our compensation data in one single platform. Our offer data, employee data and market data all in one place for us to be able to take more scientific and data driven decisions.

- I was able to eliminate all of my spreadsheets and complete every single process on the platform more collaboratively

- The most interesting part about their software is that it is built in a manner that the team was able to customize it to perfectly match our needs. We didn't even have to change a single process of ours to use the platform.

- Also, the deep people analytics that the system was able to provide solved my use case for presenting my appraisal planning to my board.

- Their implementation team is hands on. They assist every account with rewards specialist which eases the process of setting up and manager trainings.

I'd strongly recommend every rewards professional to take a look at this software before finalizing on a comp tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompUp?

Well this is too soon to judge as we have been using this since about 10 months now. One thing that can be improved is that they should also add another module of flexible benefits. As of now they integrate with our flexi benefits partner to showcase total rewards portal but it will be a lot better if they built an in house flexi rewards feature. "One of the most customisable tool with extremely easy onboarding"
What do you like best about CompUp?

The tool provides completely flexibilty based on our requirements. The tools provide you with all the necessary features that one would need in a compensation management software such as building salary bands, running merit cycles and communicating increments.

The best part about doing all of this in CompUp is that the tool is extremely customizable to suit my company processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompUp?

CompUp provides market benchmarks for only one geography. For other geographies we have to plugin our market benchmarks from other vendors like Mercer and Aon. It would be great if CompUp is able to build benchmarks for other geographies as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CompUp - It is very easy to usefull , Joining ratio increased from 60-80% and Rahul the contact person of CompUp - he is very helpful if we face any problem related to dashboard , offer letter or any modification needs to be done .

It provides unmatched data which is specific to Indian Funded startups. This data serves as an invaluable asset in appraisal and hiring. What do you like best about CompUp?

We have seen an increase in the offer to joinee ratio. It has eased my hiring process. Candidate experiece has bcome better. It shows too much info about the organisation before the candidate joins. Nothing that I came across as such. We cannot design the engagement by our own branding team and the dependency is upon CompUp. So we end up spending more time to structure the engagement.

What do you like best about CompUp?

CompUp has been an invaluable tool for us in conducting appraisal surveys. The main reason for us to use Compup is mainly for their easy simulations which eliminates 3 to 4 months of work. It decreases the budgeting from 3 to 4 months to 3 to 4 weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
