What do you like best about CompUp?

CompUp has been like our colleague who is there to support on all the aspects related to our rewards processes. We have completely come out of manual ways of doing our compensation.

What do you dislike about CompUp?

CompUp should also try to increase the number of integrations it has with applicant tracking systems that are smaller in market presence. Fortunatley we were using Workday which CompUp integrates really well with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CompUp?

The HireSure.ai platform is one of my favourites because it addresses crucial hiring process difficulties in great depth. It does an excellent job of learning why prospects reject offers and keeps applicants interested before they formally join the organisation. The conversational chatbot's individualised communication has particularly impressed me and has assisted me in making a good first impression on candidates. What do you like best about CompUp?

CompUp has completely redifined the way we do compensation planning. We used to struggle during our appraisal cycles because it was extremely difficult to complete the cycle on time.

Since the time we have implemented CompUp, we rarely move out of the system for any of our comp processes. Implementation took less than 2 weeks of time. We also integrated the tool with our HRIS system seamlessly to avoid any manual uploads.

The best part about team CompUp is also their implementation and customer success team. We are assisted by not just a CSM and project manager but also a rewards specialist who understood our requirements and was able to assist us at each step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompUp?

What do you like best about CompUp?

The platform is very very easy to navigate. It was so seamless to transition our processes from spreadsheets to the platform.

This platform has truly transformed our rewards processes. The platform's visually appealing digital offer experience allowed us to seamlessly convey the nuances of our rewards policy, from base pay to ESOPs.

What do you like best about CompUp?

I simply love the way this platform is built for users. It is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Even though training is provided to the team, but the platform's UX is self explanatory and our team is in love with their interface.

I find this software to be a remarkable tool that adeptly oversees the majority of our rewards team's ops. This is a one stop solution for all our compensation processes.

While there were many tools available we chose them becasue they were the ones who were able to bring all our workflows on the system. All other vendors still had gaps.

What do you like best about CompUp?

CompUp has one of the most intuitive and easy to use user interface. There is very little to no training needed to be able to use the software because the UX is self explanatory.

However, team CompUp did provide us with training during the implementation period.

From participating in benchmarking, to creating compensation bands, to running merit increase cycles and to finally communicating compensation to employees and candidates, CompUp is able to do it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompUp?

CompUp has one of the most exhaustive compensation benchmarks for Indian companies available for free. However benchmarks for other geographies are not indigenous to CompUp.
