We evaluated several options, but chose them because of their flexibility, intuitive interface, and strong C&B capabilities. Their solution offered the right balance between functionality and ease of use, and they clearly understood our specific HR needs better than others. Their support team has been excellent — responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. A real ‘wow’ moment was when they helped us roll out a custom bonus structure in just two days. However, the highlights of the data is basically pertaining to a specific industries and I would want the data to be more widespread.
