We had problems in a SAAS environment where the software supplier continued to upgrade the software, which caused us to have to review and ensure all customizations were working. They not only listen to the issues you are having, but ask the appropriate questions so they have all the information needed to make the necessary changes. Their cloud services are very expensive and they are not allowing me out of a 3 year contract after two years of poor service. I have gotten quotes that are half their costs for Sage Cloud Services.
