**What do you like best about Compt?**

The interface is easy, and it's an easy win with new hires - they all love the perks! It's also really flexible, so we can increase or decrease the stipends at any time to work with our budget.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

The only thing that has been slightly difficult has been uploading to payroll, but I think many of those glitches have been fixed over the last year or so.

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially brought on Compt to help people with their commuter expenses in a more equitable way (those who don't have commuter expenses can still receive the dollars for something else). We also used it to provide a holiday bonus to everyone at the end of 2020 which was an awesome morale boost after a hard year.

Just do it. It provides the flexibility today's workforce is looking for, and it provides the ROI today's employers require.

Its functionality is diverse and it's an easy-to-use tool for both employees and administrators

The reimbursement review process is sometimes burdensome with a larger employee headcount, but it's worth it for the engagement we get in return

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving low employee engagement in previously offered perks. We've realized a50% increase in utilization and engagement since we've signed on with Compt.

Being creative with the benefits programs for employees and their teams.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

I wish it tied into accounting systems directly so you didn't have to manually download transactions and upload again.

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing employees to have a flexible spending account in the categories that they want. Having an entirely remote team all over the US has made it a little tricky with how you handle benefits. Compt has made that process easy to set up and easy to manage for employees.

**What do you like best about Compt?**

We are a distributed company and Compt allows us to manage employee perks and stipends easily. The support team is kind and knowledgeable and has helped us customize the platform to our needs. Our employees love how intuitive it is, and our payroll team appreciates the reporting features.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

Sorting and filtering features could be improved

Compt helps with: recurring stipends and spot bonuses administration; reporting for payroll; tracking usage; data analysis; taxable and non-taxable perks setup; statistics and data available

It has been a great tool and perk for our company. I do not see us stopping the use of Compt anytime soon.

the value that the platform offers- having the personalization is what I love about it. I can use the $ on what is important to me and also the ease of use. It is a beyond simple process to submit for reimbursement.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

Nothing at all. It provides the value I need and the process is simple.

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

personalization for me and the employees- giving them the ability  to get what they want. Covering the entire demographic. also fixed expense to the company and ease of use administratively. In all my years havent found any platform that provides this combination of value

How seamless and user-friendly the Compt platform is.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

The limitations of the platform, there should be an option to run reports tailored to specific items an employer needs.  Having more control over setting up stipends,i.e an employer can not update an effective date of a stipend without the help of the Compt team.

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compt is a great tool for managing stipends. The tool houses all of the Stipends we offer and identifies what is allowed as a non-taxable and taxable reimbursement.

Employee experience - employees can easily understand what is available to them. Customer Support team is really quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

As a newer company, there are some platform limitations / features that aren't available yet. There are current limitations on the payroll administration side of things.

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Company saves some money when employees don't cash in all their stipends. Employees enjoy seeing how much is available to them and how much they've spent.
