It was very easy to configure the settings and processes for our organization. The training representative was fantastic as well. We also like how intuitive the Compt system is. Our staff is finding it very easy to use. I'm glad that we now have Compt as our expense reimbursement platform. Even more impressive is that it didn't require much on our end to integrate the Compt account to our ADP total workforce account. Not having to deal with any performance issues is also a big relief. I think myself and the fellow admin for our account just still need to get used to where to look for expenses that were submitted by our team. It feels a bit tricky to find them at first. It would be nice if it could send the payment file directly to payroll for payment rather than only creating the payroll import file. Before, perk stipends were managed in our travel & expense system and then a separate labor intensive process took place quarterly to add the offline payments to the employees W-2 (when taxable). Compt allows for reimbursements and taxation to happen at the same time by creating the payroll files. I also love that it supports international employees as well. Compt is very easy to use. I like that we have a rep to reach out to when issues arise and they are very responsive. The onboarding process was seamless and the rep we deal with is really great! The only thing we have heard from our sales reps is that they don't like the fact that there is no app. But we only heard that complaint initially and now since using Compt for about a year, no one has complained about it at all.
