What do you like best about Compport Compensation Management?

I used the 'Employee Survey' module of Compport, which was so easy and efficient to kick off and execute the whole survey process. I had access to live analytics while the survey was ongoing and unlike other tools I did not consume any time to prepare survey outcomes/ graphs, all were done automatically by Compport. What do you dislike about Compport Compensation Management?

Recommendations to others considering Compport Compensation Management:

I have not tried in my company yet but Compport has a big survey library, they are ready-to-use surveys and those surveys look so to-the-point and impactful. I recommend you to have a look at them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Compport survey module I reached out to 2000 individuals, creating the survey-inviting people to survey-following up the participation %s - viewing the live survey outcomes/ analytics/ graphs without any excel-data crunching was an excellent experience.
