ComplyLoft Auditor checks documents and structured data against configurable scorecards. Any standard that can be expressed as a set of criteria can be used as the basis for assessment: regulatory codes (Consumer Protection Code, DORA, MiFID II), internal governance frameworks, brand and communications standards, or clinical protocols. Teams create or select a scorecard, upload the relevant standards, and run the scorecard against the documents or data to be reviewed; the Auditor performs a gap analysis and delivers a detailed response against each question. Outputs are potential gaps flagged as a structured starting point for qualified human review - not confirmed non-compliance and not a final verdict. ComplyLoft does not guarantee compliance. The Auditor also supports call centre quality assurance through the same scorecard infrastructure: AI-powered transcription, optional PII redaction and toxicity screening, scorecard evaluation, and knowledge-base verification, so organisations can assess every call rather than a small sample. Designed for regulated organisations in financial services, medical and pharmaceutical, and the public sector. ISO 27001 certified, with full audit logs, role-based access control, MFA, and tenant isolation.
