Doesn't live up to what was promised **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2023 **What do you like best about ComplyCloud?** - When we told them that we haven't got probably onboarded, they tried to help us out. - Quickly made a TIA (though not sure it was true) **What do you dislike about ComplyCloud?** It was unintuitive for a GDPR beginner. It might have worked for someone with the proper knowledge, but we never really got a good onboarding, and the implementation was just them filling out templates. Much of the features that Vanta has it not supported, like automatic testing, and clear progression of different frameworks. When we needed help from the laywer team, which in the sales talks sounded like they were just available and happy to help, they wanted extra payments. Very wrong to call it "fully automating GDPR". Now that we now more about GDPR, it is a thing that needs to be engrained in the company. Not something you can just fully automate. When we tried to get out of the contract, they said we still have 2 years left. Not a very good look to keep an unsatisfied customer in a contract, just because it legally says so. **What problems is ComplyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It should have helped with GDPR compliance. **Official Response from Plamena Apostolova:** > Thank you for your feedback!
