The ability to keep everything GRC related central to the platform, without the need to recreate processes and tracking via archaic methods like Excel and email.

Previously platforms I have utilized don't quite have the algorithm right. There is a disconnect between functionality and process driven requirements, not with Complyance. Down to the tasking/notifications/ability to customize your portal to your business need, Complyance hits the mark.

Our use case for Complyance is a bit different. Meg and Richa made it work and it has been a huge improvement for us. They are extremely responsive, yet sensitive to our timelines and busy schedules. It was clear they wanted to make our implementation as smooth as possible. They came to us with workflow improvement suggestions, took the time to document our new workflows for us and were very responsive to our questions and issues.
