As an HRIS professional, we tend to prefer to have full configuration control. There are certainly basic configuration access for users, but any complex configuration/requirements is managed by Complogix. To balance that feedback, the Complogix team is so responsive. The tool provides the framework for accurately administering the employee bonus and merit processing here at Pactiv Evergreen. The tool continues to evolve and improve.
