Very end-user friendly. This is our organization's second year using the Merit Planning Tool, so I can't speak to implementation from the year prior, but this year's update was very easy and straightforward. Brandy is super helpful. Very bright and very responsive. We wanted to modify how we use our budget, and CompLogix was able to help us do that just as we wanted. Setting up new users, changing leaders mid-process, and assigning HR partners were all very simple to do either from within the tool for one-offs or with an upload for the mass. I have heard very positive feedback from HR Partners that the leaders seem to really like this tool. They only use it once a year, and it's easy to navigate around it.
