CompLogix has proven to be a great solution for our organization, offering flexibility to accommodate our dynamic merit cycles. Its user-friendly interface allows employees across all levels of the organization to easily navigate the system with minimal instruction. The CompLogix team provides outstanding customer support, demonstrating a deep understanding of our business needs and delivering quick and effective solutions. Recently, we expanded our use of CompLogix to include bonus administration, resulting in notable efficiency gains for our team. Even though we only use the tool a handful of times throughout the year, its intuitive structure allows us to pick up right where we left off without any difficulty. **What do you dislike about CompLogix?** One valuable addition to the tool would be allowing supervisors to "release" compensation letters after having conversations with their associates, providing more flexibility in the timing of communications. While we successfully leverage the self-retrieval functionality for one application, we have yet to implement it across all applications due to timing of merit conversations. Additionally, we've received feedback that users managing larger teams can struggle to view all associates easily. The ability to extend the number of lines displayed per page could help to improve that visibility and efficiency for these users. **What problems is CompLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to CompLogix, we managed everything manually, which was time-consuming and cumbersome for our team. Now, the most manual parts of the merit cycle and done with ease. With the merit tool, we are able to easily set up permissions and hierarchies, ensuring that the right people can plan for their teams with minimal effort on our part. This has signficantly improved efficiency and reduced the administrative burden on our compensation team. Every customization we needed was addressed and the team is so helpful in brainstorming solutions to our unique situations. They do a great job of explaining the capabilities and training system admins. I also like that there is a fair amount of configuration possible by systems admins, preventing the need to always reach out to CompLogix for help. One more thing - they have made practical product updates that improve efficiency! **What do you dislike about CompLogix?** I can't think of any challenges to note. **What problems is CompLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?** CompLogix has organized out year end planning process for base, bonus and equity. All positive - we love the tool and the support team. **What problems is CompLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?** CompLogix provided our organization with the ability to administer a very complex merit award process, with built-in budget features that allowed leaders to login with SSO, view their teams easily and submit merit award recommendations while maintaining a pre-defined organizational budget. This is our organization's second year using the Merit Planning Tool, so I can't speak to implementation from the year prior, but this year's update was very easy and straightforward. Brandy is super helpful. Very bright and very responsive. We wanted to modify how we use our budget, and CompLogix was able to help us do that just as we wanted. Setting up new users, changing leaders mid-process, and assigning HR partners were all very simple to do either from within the tool for one-offs or with an upload for the mass. The custom calculations were seamless (i.e. basic merit, merit + lump sum, lump sum only pending on compensation range maximums). **What do you dislike about CompLogix?** I have heard very positive feedback from HR Partners that the leaders seem to really like this tool. They only use it once a year, and it's easy to navigate around it.
