It also values the people and service behind the product, which is important for success. I really like the fast management feature; when I do something in CompLogix, the result is very fast. Additionally, the initial setup of CompLogix was easy. **What do you dislike about CompLogix?** Many times I didn't get such satisfaction towards the time-consuming aspect. **What problems is CompLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?** CompLogix offers fast management, making my tasks quicker and providing more opportunities. ### 2. But once you get used to it, it’s pretty efficient and easy to use. **What problems is CompLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?** It simplifies compensation planning by organizing data, streamlining approvals, and reducing errors, which ultimately saves a significant amount of time and headaches during review cycles. Before CompLogix, we were juggling spreadsheets and it was stressful. Now the process is quicker, cleaner, and way less confusing. ### 3. Allows users to navigate the system easily - Admin ability to make data and column changes. Helpful functionality during planning stage - Manager hierarchy roll up works well - Impersonation functionality. Helpful for People Business Partner to assist managers. **What do you dislike about CompLogix?** - A lot of manual calculations which can result in errors. - Inability to export Import Template in the same format to make larger number of changes - Managers can submit recommendations despite being above budget guidelines - Constant auditing for data changes due to lack of HRIS integration **What problems is CompLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Comp statement creation. The team no longer needs to mail merge each statement across the org. PDF format works well. - Eliminated offline spreadsheets. Your feedback regarding the data import process and the HRIS integration is greatly valued and we're currently working on improvements for both of those pain points. With so many customizable options for your application, we can address any need for manual calculations and remove that as a pain point. Additionally, allowing managers to submit recommendations when above budget is managed through a setting. George was very helpful has be prepared to launch and was quick to respond when we had questions or needed to make last-minute changes. **What do you dislike about CompLogix?** I really don't have anything to add at this point. **What problems is CompLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had an old compensation planning system and CompLogix has given us the opportunity to streamline the process. From an HR standpoint, we have the ability to run reports quickly and stay organized during the planning process. I am looking forward to the next step of building our comp band within the platform. This will be a huge benefit to me and my team. ### 5. It is powerful and it automates so much that I used to do manually, but it is not so complex that it takes me hours to keep it maintained. **What do you dislike about CompLogix?** It is nitpicky, but I like being able to see all the configuration settings. That being said, there is nothing in the day to day functionality that is not visible to me. **Recommendations to others considering CompLogix:** Compare the complexity of your compensation process to the simplicity and ease of using CompLogix. It will save you time and it is so simple to use. This is a good company to work with. They are very responsive to our needs as a company and made implementing the system a breeze. **What problems is CompLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am no longer having to manage my compensation, merits, or bonuses through a manual program that I build and maintain. This system was so easy to implement and run that it literally made me shed tears of joy. Weeks of prep and testing were reduced to a less than a week of configuration and testing. Now I only have to do minimal maintenence and reporting.
